Biography

Attorney Susan Huerta is a senior civil litigation attorney at Employee Justice Legal Group. Licensed as an attorney since 2008, she has more than 15 years of legal experience dealing with highly complex employment litigation and class action. Serving clients throughout California, Ms. Huerta has achieved significant success fighting for the rights and entitlements of employees who have suffered serious violations of their rights, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and more.
